Mindfulness is “paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, without judging.”It's a way to be fully engaged in your life so that you're not simply reacting to situations or living in the past, instead you're actively creating the life you want right now. This Mindfulness program is based on the work of Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine who has researched guided mindfulness meditation practices with proven clinical outcomes.
